My name is Christian Daniel Zagal and I have the privilege to participate in Racing The Planet's next Beyond the 4 Deserts: Nepal Race 2011. The footrace is 250 km long and takes place from 20th to 26th of Nov. 2011.
The Nepal Race 2011 is a subdivision of The 4 Deserts, which are held on the driest, hottest, windiest and coldest places on Earth.
My website has following purposes:
To expose my mission of running 250 km through the mountains of Nepal.
I am doing this for several reasons: Mainly because I like to run, but also because I think it is important to inform that exercise is healthy, and that boundaries can be pushed – physical as well as psychological - through training.
